By using Statemint, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to connect and operate the associated TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads accounts.

Statemint provides profitability reporting for TikTok Shop sellers: it processes connected commerce and advertising data from approved integrations to show revenue, fees, costs, and net profit. Figures that depend on unsettled TikTok data are estimates until the corresponding settlement statements are issued by TikTok.

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use the product in violation of applicable law or partner terms.

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and maintaining secure access practices. Statemint enforces role-based and least-privilege access controls for internal systems handling personal data.

Statemint is currently offered free of charge. No payment method is required and no fees are billed for use of the profitability tools. Statemint may introduce paid plans or change the scope of the free service in the future; any such change will be announced in advance and will not charge you without your explicit consent. Statemint may also set reasonable usage limits (for example the number of connected shops or the length of visible history) to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Statemint may suspend or terminate access for security risk, policy violations, legal requirements, or contractual termination. Data deletion obligations are handled according to the data-rights policy.
