By using Statemint, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to connect and operate the associated TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads accounts.

Statemint provides recovery audits, managed reimbursement and claims services, and reporting and profitability tooling that processes connected commerce and advertising data from approved integrations. Audit and recovery amounts are estimates and are not guarantees of payment or approval by TikTok.

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use the product in violation of applicable law or partner terms.

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and maintaining secure access practices. Statemint enforces role-based and least-privilege access controls for internal systems handling personal data.

If you engage Statemint for managed recovery, you authorize Statemint and its designated recovery account to prepare, submit, and follow support cases and reimbursement claims for your connected shop. You remain responsible for granting and revoking the required Seller Center and optional FBT portal roles and for the accuracy of documents you provide.

The recovery fee is 15% of funds that Statemint verifies were successfully recovered and paid to your store. Statemint invoices recovery fees through Stripe after verified payment, with payment due within seven days. The free audit requires no credit card. Any taxes and invoice details are shown on the Stripe invoice.

Statemint may suspend or terminate access for security risk, policy violations, legal requirements, or contractual termination. Data deletion obligations are handled according to the data-rights policy.
