This policy applies to personal data processed by State Mint through the website, application, and API integrations that support TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads workflows.

We process account identifiers, connected shop and advertiser metadata, order and settlement records, ad spend reporting data, and support communications needed to provide profitability and operational reporting.

Data is used to authenticate users, maintain API connections, synchronize order and settlement records, compute performance metrics, and provide account support.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the product, including infrastructure and authentication providers, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We retain data only for as long as needed for active service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security investigations. At contract end, customer data is deleted according to the process documented in the data-rights policy.

State Mint supports requests to access, update, correct, export, and delete personal data in coordination with sellers or TikTok Shop where applicable.
