State Mint maintains a documented incident response policy covering detection, triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident review.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Incident lead coordinates response and escalation.
  • Engineering support triages technical scope and recovery.
  • DPO/privacy contact coordinates required communications.

Notification and Communication Channels

A notification process is in place to alert TikTok Shop and affected sellers of suspected or confirmed data breaches when required by law or contract.

Post-Incident Review

After incident closure, findings are documented, control improvements are tracked, and policies are updated as needed.
