Operational Process

Statemint assists sellers and TikTok Shop in fulfilling user data requests, including deletion, updates, and data provision requests, using authenticated and auditable support workflows.

End of Contract Deletion

At the end of the contractual relationship, collected customer data in Statemint possession is deleted in line with contractual and legal obligations.
